Before building Built to Thrive, I spent 15+ years leading strategy, operations, people, finance, systems, and organizational growth inside mission-driven organizations — while also founding businesses and coaching leaders, founders, and creatives through transition, visibility, identity, and growth.
I am also a certified coach, certified yoga instructor, and mom of a toddler, which means I do not teach business as if you have unlimited time, energy, attention, or capacity.
That means I bring both the dream and the spreadsheet.

You do not need to figure that out alone. The application is designed to help me understand your current stage, goals, traction, capacity, and support needs.
If you are early-stage, I may recommend Root Intensive, Root Business Advisory, or Root To Thrive. If you already have proof of concept, clients, revenue, or traction, I may recommend Expand Intensive or Elevate + Expand Advisory.
What is the difference between Root and Expand?
Root is for building or clarifying the foundation: your audience, offer, message, sales path, business model, and simple structure.
Expand is for refining what already has proof: your offer suite, delivery, systems, client experience, scalable service model, growth path, and next level of business structure.
What is the difference between an intensive and an advisory?
An intensive is a focused strategy session designed to help you make progress on a specific question, offer, message, system, or growth decision.
Advisory is a 3-month private container with ongoing strategic support, private sessions, focused review, private tracker support, and bounded between-session support so we can shape the next layer with more depth and continuity.
Is this business coaching or executive coaching?
This page is for private business support. We focus on your business: offers, messaging, positioning, pricing, systems, delivery, scalable growth, and sustainable structure.
Executive coaching is separate and is for established founders, executives, and leaders who want support with leadership identity, communication, decision-making, boundaries, visibility, pressure, conflict, or transition.
What happens after I apply?
I will review your application and recommend the best-fit next step. Depending on the offer and timing, you may receive an invitation to book, a checkout link, or a short fit conversation.
Are payment plans available?
Payment plans are available for Root Business Advisory and Elevate + Expand Advisory. Intensives are generally pay-in-full unless otherwise arranged.
Are private advisory or intensives payments refundable?
Private advisory and intensive purchases are nonrefundable once purchased. Payment plans are binding and due in full.
