THE STORY
For years, I was the woman people counted on to carry a lot: lead the team, solve the problem, make the plan, and keep everything moving.
I built my career inside mission-driven organizations, leading strategy, operations, people, finance, systems, and complex decisions. I learned how businesses and organizations work from the inside—how money moves, how teams function, and why even the best strategy fails without the structure to support it.
And still, there were seasons when my life looked successful on paper but did not feel fully like mine.
I knew I wanted work that used more of who I was, created more freedom, and gave me a greater say in how I spent my time, energy, and life.
That experience taught me something I now believe deeply: expertise alone does not create freedom. It needs a clear offer, a business model, a way to be seen, and a path people can say yes to.
That is why I do this work: to help women turn what they already know into work that lights them up—and a business that can earn beyond their calendar.
That is why I help women build small, earn well, and live more.
