For years, I was the high-capacity woman — the one who could carry the pressure, make the plan, lead the team, solve the problem, and keep everything moving.
I built a career inside mission-driven organizations, leading strategy, operations, people, finance, sales, and systems. I learned how organizations work from the inside: how money moves, how teams function, how systems support people or slowly drain them, and how strategy only becomes real when there is structure behind it.
And still, there were seasons when my life looked successful on paper but did not feel like mine.
That tension changed everything. It taught me that success is not enough if it costs your body, creativity, joy, relationships, or sense of aliveness.
It also taught me that brilliance needs a business model. The dream needs structure. The offer needs language. The woman needs a way to build that does not require abandoning herself.
