I’m Hayley Adamski — a certified coach, strategist, operator, founder, certified yoga instructor, and mom of a toddler. I have 15+ years of experience leading people, operations, finance, systems, and strategy in mission-driven organizations, while also coaching executives, founders, creatives, and high-capacity professionals through growth, transition, and identity shifts.

Do I need to be in crisis in order to apply?
No. Some clients come during transition or pressure. Others come because they are growing and want to lead their next chapter with more clarity, steadiness, capacity and aliveness.
How is this different from therapy?
Executive Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health care. This work focuses on leadership, growth, communication, decision-making, self-trust, and professional development. When therapeutic or clinical support is needed, you should work with an appropriate licensed provider.
What is the investment?
Executive Coaching is application-based. Investment depends on the container, cadence, and scope of support. After you apply, I will share the best-fit option if there is alignment.
